Excuse me Ref, I dont know who to ask for help, but I recently had to change the email address on my profile and ever since I did I can not log in. I have had many new passwords sent to my new address from "support@clevelandbrowns.com" but none of those passwords work. I had to start a whole new profile just to get back on the message board. I'm a little confused as to why you waited this long after signing up under a new name to inquire about this.

Are you trying to use the old email or the new email to sign in?

Well to be honest at first I just didnt want to bother anyone about this, but I was actually wanting to say something the first day this happend. I would really like to just be able to use my old profile if that isnt too much of a problem to fix. I changed my email address, and I changed the password, but when I went to sign in the first time after that it refused to let me do anything, even with the temporary password that was sent to my new email address. Im sorry for the inconvenience, if it is too much of a problem I will understand.

Well, you should let us know these things right away so you don't get suspended for ghosting.

Have you tried signing in with the old email and old password?

Yeah, it just tells me invalid email/password. It does the same thing when I click on the forgot password and use the temporary one that will get sent to me also. And by no means was I trying to "ghost", I just love reading and posting on the message board and I didnt want to be a problem.

We have had a problem with a handful of posters that have gotten the invalid email/password message for no known reason.

PM me the new and old email and let me look around.

FWIW, when I changed my email on my profile, it changed the email I need to log in with, but it kept my old password.
