Any clue as to what's up with that Hispanic girl that never talks? I've got the feeling that she's either a terminator or a resistance fighter herself.

Jerome Harrison: After 10 games, averaging 2 carries a game, 10.4 yards per carry. I feel sick.

A lot of people thought she was a terminator after season one ended (I even thought it was possible), but when I watched the season one DVD, there's a scene where Cameron walks into that house and those dogs are barking like crazy @ her, but not @ the latino girl. So, I'd say it's impossible for her to be a terminator. I don't think she's a resistance fighter, but I guess that is possible. I'm betting we don't see her anymore, though.

I don't know about not seeing her anymore. She and Cameron seem to have some sort of connection. Or maybe she's just some jealous ghetto girl checking out the competition. Still, when Cameron said, "Do I have to kill you too?", it's almost like she was accusing the girl of failing in her mission.

I don't know, man. I follow this show like it's an obsession and I've seen nothing mentioned about her for this season. Oh, and I've also seen nothing about Cheri for this upcoming season (Cheri is/was the girl John knew from school, the one with the protective dad). However, there is going to be a new girl introduced this season for John, a potential love interest.

I wonder if Cameron can get jealous? Wink

I saw some previews for the upcoming season, and wasn't Cheri the girl lying in his bed who asked, "Do you ever think about the future?".

I don't remember T3 that well, but that girl reminds me of Claire Danes. Maybe she's taking on the same role?

No, that girl is Riley (who is being played by Leven Rambin), she's the new love interest for John. No one knows if Cheri will be seen at all this season since the show is trying to focus more on the Connor's and skynet instead of his high school days (although, some HS scenes will still be there).

Claire Danes played Katherine Brewstwer and as of right now, there are no plans to introduce her in the show at all. This show follows strictly James Cameron's mythology and disregards anything related to T3, so it's doubtful that we'll ever see a Katherine Brewster.

The Browns really sucked today, but on the bright side, the greatest show on TV returns tomorrow night! Big Grin

Yesterdays show was good...except for the first 5 mins. What was up with that lame song in the background? Everything else though was intense. I almost thought they were gonna get rid of Cameron. Thank God they didn't...

Best show on TV. But if Cameron goes, I go. She looked really good last night even with her face all stapled up.

Yeah right, that song was BRILLIANT. It was a "Samson & Delilah" cover by Shirley Manson.

Anyway, last night's episode is the best of the entire series yet. Summer Glau was PHENOMENAL selling that scene where she tells John she loves him. Overall, I felt the show gave itself a re-boot. It pretty much scrapped all of the negatives of season one and it looks like they're going in a new and much more improved direction.

Awesome episode. Smiler

It would have been good if the song didn't go on for 5 mins man....Sometimes I think you just say the opposite of what I say ever since I dissed Batman before I saw it.

You couldn't be any more wrong.

That song served a huge purpose since it was primarly about the re-boot of the show. Do you know the meaning behind Samson and Delilah? Samson's strength comes from within his hair and Delilah chops it off to weaken him. Basically, the morale of the first episode is that Cameron had weakened John by everything they went through in that premiere, thus, he shaves his head @ the end of it.

That song actually couldn't have come at a better time.

Great to finally have the best show on tv back on. I'm really surprised they went with the "rogue Cameron" story so quickly. If anything, I thought the series would one day end on that note. On the other hand, it looks like it could be a recurring theme. Nice job putting that chip back together with a screwdriver, I guess.

**** SPOILER ALERT ****

Seriously, I didn't see the end coming. My favorite terminator model has returned! I'm not surprised Skynet sent something back to create itself, but I always thought that the world would be destroyed by human avarice. I do love me some Shirley Manson, that's for sure.

Oh, and where did the FBI agent get Laszlo's corpse?

Oh I know the T-1000 is the best. That girl that they have playing her/it is creepy as hell. That was good casting on their part.

*Edit* I just looked her up and just found out she was the singer for Garbage. Sorry didn't know that. I never liked them so I didn't know. I still think she is creepy. I can't believe she's 42 though!

At the end of the premiere, there's a preview of what's to come this season and there's a scene where John says to Cameron "you're still damaged, I can fix your chip", but Cameron replies in anger "fix me?! Why would you want to fix me?!" and shoves John against the wall. It's obvious John only partially fixed her chip, it was fixed well enough to where she could override her "terminate John Connor" command. Oh, and the fourth episode of this season is going to explain Cameron's origins. After seeing clips from it, I'm starting to think she was a human before a cyborg.

I love the T-1000 model and I love Shirley Manson... when she's singing. I think her acting is very raw and at times, I even found myself questioning as to why they casted her. Personally, I think it was a bad idea making her the T-1000. However, I will give her the benefit of the doubt and we'll see how she progresses with her acting this season.

Next week's episode looks like it's going to be a good one. John brings a girl home from school and Sarah, Cameron, and Derek all go out on a major mission. Wink

Edit: Laszlo's corpse was being hidden in the apartment by Cromartie. They found the body while searching it.

Ah, I didn't realize that Cromartie was still operating out of Laszlo's apartment. The scene of that carnage looked like a motel to me.

As for a T-1000 taking part in the show, it seems like a strange decision by Skynet. The 800 series are supposed to be master infiltrators, so why the need for the advanced model? And does this negate the premise that the original T-1000 was a prototype? Are they being mass-produced in the future now?

Either way, it's a good thing that Manson isn't after John - I just don't think it would be possible for someone to take out two of those things in one lifetime.

By the way, LBJ, if you really want to be creeped out by Shirley Manson, listen to the song #1 Crush. See if you're not peering out your windows just to make sure she's not stalking you Wink

I also thought the same thing, but they must've made some minor tweaks.

As for the T-1000, Josh Friedman has now confirmed that Shirley's character (Catherine) is a T-1001 and not a T-1000. She's a little bit more advanced and the minor problems Skynet had with the T-1000 do not exist with the T-1001. I'm all for that idea, but I just really hate it that Catherine is the T-1001. She also dresses like a Jetson.

Anyway, I can't wait to see if Cromartie has any allegiance with her. I hope not, I'd like to see him stay solo.
