I have an Emachine and in the last few weeks the contrast screen continually pops up and then closes itself. It doesn't do any good to close it manually, it will come back on again.

The times it takes to close itself are random, sometimes it might stay up for 30 seconds or more and then other times it closes in a second.

In thoughts on what to check/change to eliminate this major aggravation and time killer?
