Give this a watch, tell me your thoughts, how can main stream media and news outlets ignore this question, it deserves to be answered.

For any Obama supporters that aren't going to watch this video because they believe it's McCain propaganda wait until you see the attorney's credentials. He's a lifelong Democrat who has run for numerous PA offices (including Governor) as a Democrat.
Please watch the video and post an intelligent reply. The video brings into question the FactCheck.org that some of you have referenced as "proof" of Obamas nationality. Just cut me some slack, watch the video, and share your thoughts. Thanks. -Leading the pack since 1977. |

My first instict was to turn this off when I saw this was produced by Illuminati Pictures. Again, when they felt the need to claim that Obama supports infanticide (people, if it's too outrageous to be true, it probably is). Snowdawg, because I respect you, I gave it a shot.
First, sometimes I forget which hospital I was born in in Canton. Doesn't mean it didn't happen. Every time I drive past the Pro Football Hall of Fame, I look across I77 at Timken Hospital and think, "Hey, I was born there." Then I think, "wait, no I wasn't, I was born at Aultman." As for Obama losing his U.S. citizenship because he went to school in Indonesia, that's preposterous. Losing your citizenship is really hard to do. It requires a voluntary act with the intent to relinquish that citizenship. In practice, about the only thing that counts is renouncing your citizenship before a US consular officer, signing some documents, and then having the motion approved by the State Department. No 4 year old is competent to do that, and there's no sign Obama did, so it wouldn't matter anyway. And if there's any reason that Obama hasn't complied with a demand for documents, it's probably because no courts have made a demand for documents. This guy's federal law suit, as well as his suits in Ohio and Washginton, have all been dismissed. From what I've read of Berg, he's one of those angry Hillary supporters who are determined to derail Obama, and can't get over the fact that the majority of Democrats prefer Obama to Hillary. Anyway, if I was really worried about strict constiutional compliance, I'd be more concerned about John McCain being born in Panama. "I could care less about the fans and the media... Factcheck also had a birth announcment from a newspaper in Honalulu about his birth. A goveremnt employee looked at the certificate and said its legal, and Politico has verified both.
They say things this guy says he has and will produce that they are still waiting on them, and he also is trying to prove that 9/11 was done by the goverment. They say they don't give it press because numerous things have been presented to substantiate he is legal, and zero to say otherwise. If he wasn't legal, McCain would be all over it and win the election due to it. Plain and simple, he wouldn't choose to lose, if he had proof. A lot of what the guy says is conjecture/hearsay, and guessing. October suprise is a dud. It also doesn't help the case when they flas sites that are like jailobama.com etc... You lose a little credibility. |

Thanks for that.
I agree. That portion of the argument was weak.
I agree again (for the most part). I don't know what the legalities of losing your citizenship are but unless he renounced it I'd say that was a dumb argument as well.
This is the part I don't agree with at all. Why in the world would he make them get a warrant to for his birth certificate? Why not just give it to them? It's ludicrous not to. I've had to provide a copy of mine for almost every job I've ever had. If I was running for POTUS I'd wall paper my office with it if need be.
That doesn't mean much to me. It's pretty easy to get lawsuits dismissed due to legal loopholes. You could probably get one dismissed for not crossing a T. And I'm pretty sure the DNC has access to an army of elite lawyers.
I don't support McCain but he was born on American soil in Panama I believe. A military installation wasnt' it? Doesn't get anymore patriotic than that. Good post though. -Leading the pack since 1977. |

As for the Panama thing, I was just making a mountain out of a molehole. It's apparently all the rage these days As for the reason the Obama campaign didn't just hand over the documents, it goes back to the old axiom: you don't negotiate with terrorits/crackpots. Acknowledging him makes him look legitimate, which incentivises others to come up with numerous nuisance lawsuits. And when the campaign gets sick of it and doesn't respond to them, there are even more people crying foul. "I could care less about the fans and the media... It's also from the Illuminati, which is a crazy psycho cult (does anyone recognize the name Alister Crowley?). No thanks. |

Having had time to think about, maybe the Panama thing will come up if McCain wins the election. I can see some conservative, hawkish group being upset with having a moderate Republican in the White House. Have McCain thrown out, and their savior Sarah Palin is president
