There are only 5 cities who's team has never been to a Super Bowl...Jacksonville, New Orleans, Detroit, Houston, and lowest of the low... cleveland.

What makes lowly cleveland lower than the other 4 cities...in other words, how is cleveland more removed from a Super Bowl than the others?

All of the other cities have at least hosted a Super Bowl. Clevehole is all by it's lowly pathetic self in having no connection to a Super Bowl.
