1st time GM, 1st time head coach with NO, ZERO, NADA players when they got here.

I think they have done a damn good job. If nothing else, Phil has done what no one else could, bring in players who could start for any team. We have never had players like BE, Joe T, Sean Rogers, Eric Wright before.

They are here now and they will grow and get better. Savage does deserve SOME critisism, but don't forget he is a first time GM still getting his feet wet.
