For the past two games (Baltimore and now Denver) we have seen the absolute worst from or inside linebackers and secondary. Tacking has become a lost art. We have only one player on the team who can tackle in the open field (Josh Cribbs). Because we are stuck with the players that we currently have, I suggest that we take Josh Cribbs off special coverage teams (allow him to continue to return kicks and punts and play him at free safety for secondary run support. It may take time but I think he could become a great safety. At least we'd know there is one player on defense who can tackle. Josh Cribbs is best athelete on the team and the most physical player we have. Let's use him!
