We have a 10 team league, standard scoring. Our starting lineup is 1 QB, 2 RB, 1 RB/WR, 1 WR, 1 TE, 1 DE, 1 LB, 1 D/ST and 1 K. We have 7 bench slots. My team looks like this...

QB Carson Palmer, Aaron Rodgers, Jake Delhomme
RB Joseph Addai, Ryan Grant, Thomas Jones, Earnest Graham, Jonathan Stewart, Kevin Smith
WR Reggie Wayne, Santonio Holmes, Greg Jennings
TE Tony Scheffler
DE Kamerion Wimbley
LB A.J. Hawk
D/ST Jaguars
K Adam Vinatieri

I'm tempted to claim Brady Quinn off waivers as I suspect that he will take over as the starting QB here at some point this season and I think he will have a breakout year. I just don't know if there is anyone I should cut in order to take that chance... Let me know what you think, I will also welcome any other advice or comments...

QB - Palmer is OK, but Johnson being out may slow down the Bengals air attack.
RB - Don't see any real strong players (sorry)
WR - Not bad, Wayne should give you a lot of points
DE - Could get someone who gets more sacks...
LB - Better than average
Def - Better than average
K - Indy doesnt kick many field goals, just PAT.

As far as Quinn goes... dont waste your time, he wont be starting! I would a better DE and second RB... (Dont think Addai will be that great this year personally)

Don't be in such a rush to add Quinn...
