Everybody talks about how good penn state is but who have they beat? Nobody! It's gonna be the same as when we played Michigan state and Ringer. Oh he's the best back untill he plays a good D. I think this gaem could be close for awhile but not long. OSU 42-27 and the Bucks will jump to number 6 in the BCS. Your predictions?

the last time we played Penn State on a cold, rainy, october game in primetime, OSU lost.

Then again that game was played in Happy Valley, and the Ohio Valley has not been so happy for Joey P, what is he 0-9 lifetime in the shoe? Razzer

Im still not sure about a prediction, Confused

Just for the record JoePa is 1-8 in the Shoe (76 Schlister's debut 19-0 Nits)... Frowner

Right now I only have one sure prediction....This will be the hardest hitting game contested in the Big Ten this year.

If PSU doesn't turn the ball over more than once, they will have a chance to win this game at the end.

Can't predict a winner yet, but I think the score will be somewhere in the 21-20, 20-17, 17-13 range.

We Are!! Penn State!! Go Browns !!!

You think the OSU offense can't get a TD against Purdue, but will put up 5 against PSU???? Roll Eyes

This PSU team has a top 10 offense in the country in various categories while OSU is below 55 in most.

You can say who did PSU play all you want(2 common teams already), at least they spanked them all. How did that Wisconsin game work out for you? Last minute squeaker huh?? In your theory, how does OSU struggle with Wisconsin (PSU-48 WIS-7..btw) make OSU better then a team that smacked Wisconsin?

This is going to be a great game. total slugfeast. I think they are pretty evenly matched. PSU has played well all year and OSU is finally clicking.

I think it will come down to a score game, good thing this game's at the Shoe.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA to all OSU fans that think you will beat PSU....your lying to yourself.

OSU doesnt have the speed to keep up with their Offense. This game will be ugly. OSU has problems stopping the spread and Penn State will spread the field and dominate!

PSU-38
OSU-17

1st~ Mays or Maualuga LB USC
2nd~ Clay Matthews or Alphonso Smith.....either will help Big Grin

Penn States's defense is suspect against the run. Ohio State will run the ball and then hit'em deep.Like I said Ohio State owns the BIG TEN

WHo cares? That is the past!!! Watch PSU play this year, they are AWESOME! I watched a mediocre Purdue D shut down OSU all day! PSU's D is better. I watched a bad Troy Offense give OSU a lot as well, and a USC O expose them badly.

PSU is ranked high in almost every O catagory, what makes you think it will be different?!

If Illinois could win in the Shoe (see 2007), the 2008 Nits are certainly capable of doing it.

That said, even the most die-hard PSU fan (like myself) should be leery of prognasticating victory in a place where we have only hit double digits in points once (1) since joining the conference (10-2004).

On one hand we're doomed.. On the other we're due.... time will tell.

Hail To the Lion !!! Go Browns !!

What are you talking about?? PSU has a good rush defense. The numbers are scewed because a) Wisconsin ran when they were down instead of trying to pass. and b) Michigan came out with Brandon Minor (only 86 yards rushing coming into the game)and a different look, but PSU shut that down from the second quarter on. OSU will have no such surprise for PSU.

Slight correction on PSUs lone victory in Cbus, the year was 1978, not 1976.

The Bucks are starting to click and I think they will win a nailbiter.

Shoe or no shoe, the Nittany Lions will score at least 25 points. The Buckholes? Not so many.

It's good to be king. Cool

Wow, when did PSU join the SEC? That speed comment is the most rediculous thing I have ever read in my life. Gimmie a break dude.

if i hear speed one more time in regards to how good a team is im going to puke. thats all the espn commentators say and it is so annoying.
Mad

for example during the Texas/Oklahoma game herbstriet saw a linebacker from Oklahoma stop the RB from Texas for a loss or minimal gain. the he goes off on how fast the linebacker is a
