My girlfriend and I are going to Chicago friday for the weekend, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any bars that might be airing the Browns game saturday?
We will be staying somewhere on the Magnificent Mile i guess. Even after the last showing, i hate to miss a snap! |

A few years ago I was in Chi-Town and watched the Browns at the Cubby Bear right across the street from Wrigley...they had a nice place to watch in the upstairs part...below are the vital stats for the Chicagoland Browns Backers...all Browns Backers in the free world are listed on this website under "Fans"...
Chicagoland Browns Backers Chapter Location: Chicago, IL Chapter Number: 134 Members: 230 President Denny King 3624 Roanoke Ave. Carpentersville IL 60110 Daytime Phone: 6305845550 Evening Phone: 8474285204 chicagodawgs@att.net Meeting Location: The Cubby Bear 1059 W.Addison Chicago IL 60613 Website: http://www.chicagobrownsbackers.com This message has been edited. Hi. Downtown right off the magnificent mile is an ESPN Zoneit has games and a restaraunt. They will have it on for sure!!!!! Here is their website.
http://www.espnzone.com/chicago/ Also, your girlfriend can shop, right close by, or watch with you! My husband and I like to go there when we are visiting Chicago. Hope that helps. |

The Cubby Bear off Addison and Clark at Wrigleyville is the place to be for a Browns game in Chicago. It's an easy trip on the Redline (Addison stop) and 2 short blocks west (past Wrigley Field) to the Cubby Bear. The Cubs are playing a home game that day so you'll have some company AFTER the start of the game. Good Luck!
(P.S. Avoid the ESPN Zone, it's is a cheesy tourist trap) Go Browns |

It may be a cheesy tourist trap- BUT if a guy wants to watch the game and keep his girlfriend happy (if she doesn't want to watch too) It is a great option. Not everyone is a diehard fan. Just trying to keep it real.

Going to Chicago sounds great, but instead of watching the E.S.P.N. replay saturday, go to the game as its played at the stadium thursday night.. If its work or school holding you back, just remember you only get one chance at life, so why not live it?
GO BROWNS SUPERBOWL THIS SEASON...... |

Go on Michigan Ave. where many of the bars and most night life is on. But my favorite place to go to in Chi town is Billy Goat Tavern which is on Michigan ave. near wrigley Field.

I just got back from Chicago and I would suggest any bar in Wrigleyville. The Cubby Bear is a great place. One thing you have to do in Chicago is eat at Giordanos. The best Stuffed Pizza you will ever eat.

If I'm not 21 is the Cubby Bear going to let me in to see the Browns game this Sunday?
