1.If I want to "add a member" to our Backers roster and don't have an E-mail for them, what can I use? 2.I am also adding additional family members for the roster who all share the same E-mail and it won't let me do that either. HELP!!!

I'm sorry, but you can't add a new member without an email address. Also, members cannot share an email address. Each person must have a unique email address.

That is a bad drawback. Some people don't have an e-mail address and they should not be penalized for that. It should be about getting as many browns fans signed up and interested in supporting the team, not about how many ads they can be sent through the Browns web site
