I have recently reactivated the Marion Area Browns Backers in Marion, Oh. We are applying to get tax exempt status under 501(c)(3). We have an attorney that volunteered his services, but he is not so sure that we are eligible for this status. He asked me if I can get a copy of an application from a club that has been granted tax exempt status.
